The most noticeable difference is the missing remittance coupon. This customer elects to have their credit card drafted for the amount of the invoice and therefore no coupon is necessary. A credit card billing feature is available within InTELEbill®. It can be configured to work real-time with Authorize.net or in batch mode with your existing merchant bank.
Business accounts may utilize account codes with names assigned. You have the choice to display the number and the name or just display the name. You can assign names to any account code, calling card, ANI, 800 number, or dedicated circuit. For security reasons, some companies don't like to have their verified account codes or calling cards displayed on the bill.
